New Year, New Parties and a green smoothie recipe to boot!

Well, we are back in the office today and planning out some exciting new party blueprints that will launch at the end of this month! We heard your feedback and are planning to add some non-seasonal parties to the mix very soon. We can't wait to share with you!  

Ok, so I certainly indulged a bit over the holidays and am now committed to healthy eating...at least for the next week or so!  Today, I made my go-to detox green smoothie for breakfast.  It is super easy, requires only a blender, and is very surprisingly satisfying. The avocado adds creaminess, as well as a chock full of healthy fats to keep you full. Try it, and let me know what you think!

Black Twine Detox Green Smoothie

- 1 1/2 cups spinach
- 1/2 of a large banana
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- 1/2 of a medium sized avocado
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 2 cups of almond milk

Blend, and there you go!
